2018-2019 Enrollment Information

Renaissance Academy's enrollment is a lottery process. If you are interested in applying for your student's enrollment at Renaissance Academy, please fill out the below electronic form. 

This application process relates to the lottery for the 2018-2019 school year. Please keep in mind that this does NOT guarantee a space for your child, but rather begins the enrollment process and places your child in the 2018-2019 school year lottery.

Once the form is received, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Coordinator to schedule a time to come into school and complete the final steps of the enrollment application process.


The deadline for participation in the 2018-2019 Enrollment Lottery is 11:59 pmFriday, December 8th, 2017*.  (The electronic application online must be submitted by that deadline to be considered.)

The 2nd step of the application process must be complete by 11:59 pm, Monday, December 11th, 2017

All meetings for those who completed the application process by the deadline of December 8, 2017 must be complete by December 20, 2017 with all required paperwork handed in at the time of the first scheduled meeting. (The entire application process must be completed by that date to be eligible for the lottery.)

*Please note that any applications that come in after the lottery deadline (inclusive of those that are considered to be"a preference"),  in alignment with our Board Policy, will be placed at the back of the wait list for grade level being applied to.  Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

The Lottery for the 2018-2019 school year will be performed on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018
*Lottery notification letters will be mailed via USPS on January 31st, 2018.
*Please note that notification letters were e-mailed to the e-mail provided on the completed application before January 31, 2018 they were not mailed via USPS.

*Please note, this is a form is a request to schedule a meeting to complete the application process for our lottery for the 2018-2019 school year.  This does NOT guarantee a space for your child this starts the enrollment process to be placed in our lottery.

You will be contacted by the enrollment coordinator with a scheduled time to come in and complete the Enrollment Application Process. Once the meeting is complete and all items are turned in you will receive a confirmation for your child to be entered into the lottery. 

Item's you are required to bring with you for your meeting include:

  • A Copy of Your Child’s Birth Certificate (state issued)
  • Two Different PA Proof of Residency Items that match address completed on application:
    • One of the following: deed, current: lease or mortgage statement, HUD settlement sheet  +
    • along with one of the following: PA Driver’s License/PA state ID, Utility Bill: electric, water, sewer, cable, or tax bill
  • A Copy of Your Child’s Most Recent Immunization Record

We will no longer accept e-mailed, mailed or faxed applications.
