2019-2020 Enrollment Information

Please Note:  This application is Only for the Current School Year.  Do not complete if you are interested in 2020-2021 Enrollment.

Renaissance Academy's enrollment is a lottery process.  Performed on Tuesday, January 29th, 2019, the lottery for the 2019-2020 has concluded.

You can still apply for the 2019-2020 school year.  If there is not a space for you student at this time, he or she will be placed on the appropriate waiting list.*

Please keep in mind that this does NOT guarantee a space for your child, but rather begins the enrollment process.

Enrollment Process*:

If you are interested in applying for your student's enrollment at Renaissance Academy for 2019-2020:

  1. Please fill out the below electronic interest form.
  2. After submission, complete the Enrollment Form.
  3. Once the form is received, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Coordinator to schedule a time to come into school and complete the final steps of the enrollment application process.

*Please note that, in alignment with our Board Policy, any applications that come in after the lottery deadline (including those that are considered to be "a preference") will be placed at the back of the wait list for the applicable grade level.  No exceptions can be made.

After you submit this interest form, please follow the next link to complete the 2019-2020 Enrollment Application.

You will then be contacted by the enrollment coordinator with a scheduled time to come in and complete the Enrollment Application Process. Once the meeting is complete and all items are turned in you will receive a confirmation email of your child's enrollment status.  

Item's you are required to bring with you for your meeting include:

  • A Copy of Your Child’s Birth Certificate (state issued)
  • Two Different PA Proof of Residency Items that match address completed on application:
    • One of the following: deed, current: lease or mortgage statement, HUD settlement sheet  +
    • along with one of the following: PA Driver’s License/PA state ID, Utility Bill: electric, water, sewer, cable, or tax bill
  • A Copy of Your Child’s Most Recent Immunization Record
