Perfect Attendance

Perfect Attendance in Grades K-6:

In order to qualify for Perfect Attendance, the student must be in attendance for the entire school day. In addition, students who arrive late to school or leave early during the school day will not be deemed to have perfect attendance for that trimester. A child who is ill should not be sent to school for any reason.

Students who do not miss a day of school during each trimester or yearly will be recognized during trimester achievement assemblies.

Perfect Attendance in Grades 7-12:

In order to qualify for perfect attendance, the student must be in attendance for at least three and a half hours of the school day. A student who is ill should not be sent to school for any reason. It is the school’s policy that students who have had a fever remain out of school for a minimum of 24 hours after the temperature returns to normal. Students who are consistently late will not be deemed as having perfect attendance.
