2017-2018 Annual Records Information - **Must Be Completed & Returned**

Census Verification:

Parents, please to verify your students' profile information and emergency contacts as they appear on the Parent Portal and make changes online if necessary.  Any questions regarding making changes, please contact Janet Tuckett, Student Information Manager at Janet.Tuckett@rak12.org  or 610-983-4080 x234.

If you do not have a Parent Portal account, you must request one by emailing janet.tuckett@rak12.org.

*Optional Student Accident Insurance:

Please complete and return either Student Insurance Enrollment Application to enroll your student in an optional accident insurance plan.

After & Before School Care

All non-bus-riding students must be picked up by 3:50 pm each day. There is on-site before and after school care available to students in grades K-6 (for a fee). Upper School students (7th-12th), who are not under staff supervision, must leave the building by 3:50 pm and wait outside for their rides.

School Uniforms

- Renaissance Academy school uniforms can be purchased from selected sources.
