Tech Support During COVID-19 Closure

Getting Support for Technology:

While staff and students are working at home, we recognize they will have issues and needs related to their technologies. Our IT Team is here to support everyone to the extent that they are able. These employees will NOT be on-site at the school but are able to access resources if needed, to support your technology needs.

There will be service desk hours will be from 8 am-2 pm on weekdays. If, due to parent obligations and work schedules you are not able to access service during that time, appointments will be created for all stakeholders.

For Tech help with class expectations and content:

  1. Your FIRST action should be to contact the classroom teacher from whom the assignment came. In most instances, they will be able to direct and assist you.
  2. If the matter is beyond the teacher’s ability to help, you should contact our IT Team.

If your device is damaged and you are not able to access the Google Form, you can call via phone for support. The support line is 610-415-4279. You will not get a live voice. Please leave a detailed description of your problem and a means to contact you. An IT Team Member will fill out a form on your behalf.​

With either method of contact, an IT Team Member will contact you within 24 Business Hours of receiving your request
