Phoenixville, PA – December is always a fun and exciting month at the Renaissance Academy (RA) when staff, students, and families endeavor to bring holiday spirit to the community.

On December 5th, 2018, RA high school and 6th grade choir members along with members of the RA band visited the Phoenixville Senior Center during the 2018 AARP holiday luncheon. There were performances followed by a holiday sing along of familiar carols. The performances were directed by RA Choir Directors, Adrian Smith and Eileen Keller, and Band Director, Jonathan Springer.

In addition to our annual winter concerts which will occur on December 12th and 13th, our upper school choir performed for a senior citizens’ group at the Phoenixville Civic Center. The Elementary choir will also bring joy to the community by caroling through the hallways at the Franklin Commons complex.

Through donations from our staff and student families, the Renaissance Academy counseling department was able to support Thanksgiving dinners and will be helping to full-fill the gift wish lists of children from our student community.

On behalf of our staff, have a safe, happy, and relaxing holiday season!
