Fall Athletics

*PIAA Physicals must be performed after June 1st, 2021 for the 2021-2022 athletic year.  Completed form must be returned or uploaded onto the student's profile onto the Family ID Website before a student athlete is allowed to attend any practices or competitions.

    Busing for the 2021-2022 School Year

    Some school districts require that you complete and return a transportation form each school year.  Please Visit Our Transportation Page for Information Regarding 2021-2022 Busing and pay particular attention to their submission deadline to ensure your student will have appropriate transportation in August.

    Summer Meals

    We will not have an onsite meal program this summer, however, there are many meal programs available in our students' communities.  Visit the USDA Meals 4 Kids Website to find a meal program location near you.

    During the summer months, our community can use one of the locations listed below to pick up meal kits. If these sites are not located near your home please contact Ginamarie.Hoy@rak12.org directly and she will help you find other resources.

    Working Papers

    Student working papers will be available at RA on Wednesdays & Thursdays, 9am-3pm.  They are also available for you through your home school district's office (Phoenixville School District, Norristown, etc.).

    Other Summer Information

    • Band Instrument Returns - If you plan to return an instrument but have not dropped it off at school:
      • You must return it to Taylor's Music Store in West Chester to avoid being charged. Visit Taylors Music website for their rental return procedure.
      • We can no longer accept returns at RA.
    • Camps / Enrichment -All onsite camps, enrichments, programs have been cancelled for this summer. We hope to resume with even greater offerings in the summer of 2022!
