COVID-19 antigen testing is available for on campus students who:
- Have Symptoms of COVID-19; or
- Are deemed a Close Contact.
Parents will be called prior to performing a test.
To have the test available for your student:
- Complete the Student COVID Test Consent Form; and
- Create a QR code for your child and submit it to the school nurse.
QR Code Creation for Test
- Register Online for Penn Rapid Test (URL: https://register.pennrapidtest.org/). The app is not compatible with Internet Explorer but should work on most other web browsers.
- Follow instructions to create a personalized QR code.
- Take a screengrab of the QR code and store it in your device; or, cut/paste the screengrab onto a Word .doc, and print it out.
- You may create as many personalized QR codes as you wish – each time you create a new one, you’ll enter your demographic data; but each time you use that QR code in the app at a testing event, your demographic data will pre-populate.
