Renaissance Academy Families,
Students in grades 5–8 are invited to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop valuable life skills through our After-School Musical Theater Program, presented by FaceTime Theater.
This engaging program provides students with the opportunity to strengthen communication and public speaking skills while learning the fundamentals of musical theater. Throughout the year, participants will work on pieces from Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, engage in acting and improvisation activities, and develop skills in stage movement, blocking, scene work, and vocal performance.
In addition to fostering creativity and teamwork, the program helps strengthen literacy skills, including language development and reading comprehension, while introducing students to a wide range of influential writers from Dr. Seuss to Shakespeare.
