I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Thank you all for attending SLCs, whether in person or virtually.
I am writing to provide an update and follow up on the message sent on Wednesday, January 28. As mentioned, Mrs. Holdsworth will be transitioning to teach 7th and 8th-grade science. For Social Studies for our 5th and 6th grade students, Ms. Watkins will be teaching Social Studies to all 5th and 6th graders.
Ms. Watkins is a graduate of Renaissance Academy Charter School, Class of 2021, and is excited to provide direct instruction to all students. Please inform your child that expectations remain high and that students are expected to continue demonstrating focus, effort, and respect in the classroom.
