Enrollment Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

Thank you for your interest in enrollment in Renaissance Academy Charter School for the 2024-2025 School Year!

Renaissance Academy's enrollment includes lottery process.

This application process relates to the lottery for the 2024-2025 school year. Please keep in mind that this does NOT guarantee a space for your child, but rather begins the enrollment process to place your child on the 2024-2025 waitlist.

The 2024-2025 application is now open.

*Deadline: The lottery for the 2024-2025 school year is closed. However, families can still apply for the 2024-2025 year and will be added to Renaissance Academy's waitlist. A confirmation email providing waitlist information will be sent upon completion of the application.

New Student Application Process - 

Step 1: Complete The Online Enrollment Application

*Deadline: The lottery for the 2024-2025 school year is closed. However, families can still apply for the 2024-2025 year and will be added to Renaissance Academy's waitlist. A confirmation email providing waitlist information will be sent upon completion of the application.

You can still apply after the lottery deadline has passed for the 2024-2025 school year. If there are no openings in the requested grade level, new applications will be placed at the end of the waitlist for that grade. As withdrawals occur spaces will be filled using the wait list for that specific grade level.

Step 2: Confirmation

Once the enrollment application is fully completed, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Coordinator with a confirmation email which will include an option to schedule a meeting at your convenience. 

Step 3: Lottery/ Wait List 

If your application is submitted by the December 9, 2023, lottery due date, you will receive a confirmation email containing additional information about the lottery. If you apply after December 9, 2023, you will not be entered into the lottery but will receive a confirmation email providing waitlist information.

*Please note that, in alignment with our Board Policy, any applications that come in after the lottery deadline (including those that are considered to be "a preference") will be placed at the back of the waitlist for the applicable grade level. No exceptions can be made.
