Eligibility
All Pennsylvania K-12 students are eligible for enrollment in Renaissance Academy on a space-available basis. Preference is given to siblings of current students and residents of the Phoenixville Area School District, by whom Renaissance Academy is authorized. If there are more applicants than space available, students are then selected by lottery.

Enrollment
- All applications must be complete and include all items listed on the application checklist. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Applications stay active only for the school year applied for and do not carry over. All applicants must reapply each year.
- We use a lottery-based enrollment system. Applications received after the deadline will be added to the end of the waiting list for that grade level.
- Siblings of current students and residents of the Phoenixville Area School District receive priority. To maintain this preference, completed applications must be submitted by the lottery deadline. Late or incomplete applications will lose preference and be placed at the end of the waitlist. No exceptions.
- Any Pennsylvania resident with valid proof of residency may apply.
- Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by August 31 of the applying year.

Transportation
Some school districts require that you complete and return a transportation form each school year. Please visit our transportation page for information regarding busing. Pay particular attention to submission deadlines to ensure yout student will have appropriate transportation in August.
If you have moved or are planning to move, please be sure to complete a Change of Address packet and return it to the school as soon as possible. It is illegal for a student to be enrolled in a school district different from the one in which they reside. Transportation cannot be adjusted until the required paperwork is submitted. Please note that changes to transportation can take 3 to 5 business days to process, and the district may not provide transportation in two different districts for two separate households.

Open House & Tours
We strongly encourage you to attend one of our open houses or schedule a tour of our campus with our enrollment coordinator prior to receiving an offer of enrollment. At each open house, RA staff is available for questions, tours are lead by current students, and a presentation/Q&A session is provided.
Withdrawl
If you would like to withdraw your student from enrollment, please contact the Enrollment Coordinator at enrollment@rak12.org.
